About Us – Brief History of Dustdees:
Denise Smith the founder, owner and Managing Director started Dustdees Cleaning in August 2005 – utilising a very small corner of her bedroom, initially the cleaning was done by her, but as the client base built she started to employ more people.
One of the reasons for the success of Denise’s business is the people, she spends time in recruiting and retaining people that are in addition to being good cleaners are people who are personable and who you would wish to welcome into your home.
The business started and has continued to build its firm business foundation on reputation, excellent standards, outstanding service, reliable staff and word of mouth recommendations.
Eventually in 2010 Dustdees out grew the corner of the bedroom and was forced to move into small corporate premises in Woodley in order to accommodate an additional person to work with her in the office, this released Denise to concentrate on expanding the business in gaining quotes and to spend more time training and developing staff.
In August 2012, Dustdees once again needed to move into bigger premises where we are still situated – today’s headcount exceeds 24 ‘associates’…..too many for any bedroom!
Now the business has been established for over 12 years, Dustdees has had to expand its portfolio of cleaning services to cater for client demand. As well as domestic cleaning the repertoire has been expanded and now includes Office Cleaning, School cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Window Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning, with more services to follow.
